Return and Cancellation Policy

Custom, special order, and ready-to-assemble products, as well as bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, closeout items, protection plans, and delivery charges, are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Items sold "as is" carry no warranties, and all sales are final. However, other merchandise may qualify for refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee, within 24 hours of receipt, pending return approval (no damage, smoking, or pet-related issues). Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days back to the original form of payment, except for cash payments, for which a check will be issued.

Collections covered with 120-day confidence guarantee: Tempur-Pedic, Airloom, iComfort, iComfort Hybrid, Serta Perfect Sleeper Hybrid, Beautyrest Black, Beautyrest Sliver Hybrid

  • Foundations and adjustable bases are not included in the confidence guarantee.

  • You must sleep on the mattress minimum of thirty (30) nights.

  • You must purchase a mattress protector from Furniture & ApplianceMart, Ashley Furniture Homestore or MattressMart.

  • You must exchange for another mattress of equal or greater value. If a greater value, you are responsible for the difference.

  • You will be responsible for any re-delivery charges and/or inspection fees.

  • You must agree that the mattress will be free of any stains, soil, vermin infestation, damage (anything along those lines), as this will void the Confidence Guarantee and product warranty.

  • You are entitled to one exchange only.

  • The value of any free merchandise or store credit will be deducted from the amount you have available to re-select, should you re-select to a non-qualifying mattress.

Price Guarantee

If merchandise is listed for sale at a lower price within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund for the price difference will be issued. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions: 1. The lower price must be based on identical terms offered by an authorized retailer located within a 50-mile radius of the store where the item was purchased. 2. This guarantee does not apply to lower prices resulting from rebates, merchandise not readily available, floor samples, limited quantity offers, close-outs, or discontinued models.

Special Orders

Good things are worth waiting for! We make every effort to quote an accurate delivery time for special order merchandise. All delivery times quoted are based on information we receive from our suppliers and are for estimate purposes only. While the estimated time is accurate the majority of the time, delays beyond our control can occur.

Special orders require a 30% down payment and are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please make sure your furniture and appliances will physically fit through the doors and into your room and is the right size for the room before placing your order.

You will receive a phone call prior to your delivery if any delays from the suppliers do occur. Please contact our customer support team at (866) 638-1957 if you have any questions about when your merchandise is estimated to be available for delivery or pickup.

Custom Orders

Custom order requires a 30% down payment. Customer orders are non-cancelable and nonrefundable. A salesperson must verify with you all your information on your special order. Furniture & ApplianceMart will provide free of charge any repairs that are delivery related damage (scratches, nicks, chips, etc.) if reported to our company within three business days after delivery. Custom order products cannot be purchased online. Due to this items wide verity of customizable features we require a sales person to work one-on-one with our customers, to make sure everyone gets exactly what they want. Please make sure your furniture and appliances will physically fit through the doors and into your room and is the right size for the room before placing your order.
