All special orders, bedding purchases, furniture protection plans, closeout merchandise purchases, setup and delivery charges are noncancelable and non-refundable. New item, in an opened container or out of container with no physical or cosmetic damage, returned within five days of purchase, qualifies for full store credit or cash refund less 15% restocking charge. New item in an unopened, undamaged container returned within 10 days of purchase qualifies for full refund or full store credit. Sold “as is” merchandise has no implied or expressed warranties, all sales are final; please inspect merchandise thoroughly. Accessories must be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Adjustable bases, pillows and mattress protectors are non-refundable. Make sure to measure for fit and travel path to place items in proper location.
