OPTION 1

DROP-OFF SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR

• Our delivery crew will bring the product to your home and drop off your product at your garage or door threshold. Drop offs made at apartment/condo complexes will be made inside the first floor/lobby.
• Product will be dropped off in the original packaging from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to audit and inspect all merchandise. We do not un-box or assemble the furniture being shipped.
• Our crew cannot enter the home, remove any old furniture, or build any furniture with this option. You are responsible for providing tools and extra help to assemble.

OPTION 2

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY AND IN-HOME SET UP

• Our delivery crew will bring the product in to your home, unpack it, assemble it, and arrange it in your home just how you want it. When we leave, it’s ready to use.
• Normal set up and assembly of most furniture is included. Rare exclusions apply including, but not limited to, bunk beds. We use the best tools to assemble your furniture according to factory specifications.
• Our crews will take away all trash and recycle as much of it as possible.
• We use the best methods and equipment to make sure that your purchase is delivered right, the first time.
• You can track your delivery truck on the day of your delivery for free, online. Click on "Track Your Delivery" in the top navigation bar.
