As an Office Professional you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers by working to generate solutions that meet their needs.
You will be an integral part of achieving our vision to exceed our customer’s expectations by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer relations
- Cash handling
- Balancing drawers
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
- Returns
- Price adjustments
- Various credit tasks
- Miscellaneous computer functions
- Occasional door greeting
- Maintain a basic level of technical knowledge and problem solving skills.
