Ashley Furniture HomeStores offer free design seminars
(February 14, 2008) – Ashley Furniture HomeStores in Appleton and Green Bay are making the joy of nesting more personal for homeowners seeking their own unique style. Starting next week, the HomeStores will offer free design seminars with a new topic presented each month.
Coordinated by Sandra Dahlke, visual merchandising manager & accessory buyer for the eastern Wisconsin Ashley Furniture HomeStores, each seminar will feature a 30-minute presentation from a local expert on topics requested by HomeStore Guests including color selection, faux painting, furniture arrangement, decorating for the holidays, converting your empty nest bedroom into a home office and more. Following the presentation, participants will be invited to share photographs of their homes, for a free and personalized consultation by that evening’s presenter.
There is no cost to attend these seminars, but space is limited. To register, call Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Green Bay (920.965.6640) or Appleton (920.968.0013). Seminars will be held in a comfortable location within the Ashley Furniture HomeStores and refreshments will be served.
February Seminar – Color Selection and Faux Finishing (February 19 & 20)
Presented by Dawn Kotlarz of Kolors by Dawn, learn how to choose the best colors for your home and style, then how to apply those colors in a truly unique way. The evening starts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19 in Green Bay and will repeat at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20 in Appleton.
March Seminar – Furniture Arrangement (March 19 & 20)
Presented by interior design professional Sandra Dahlke of Ashley Furniture HomeStores, learn new ways to arrange your living room and bedroom for optimal use and style. Witness the impact an area rug can make to these new arrangements and to the other surprise locations this same rug could pop up. The evening starts at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19 in Appleton and will repeat at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20 in Green Bay.
